Excellence in Customer Service Award
The Excellence in Customer Service Award is presented monthly to member companies of The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce to recognize their excellence in customer relations and long-term support of The Chamber. Recipients of this prestigious award must:
- Be a current member of The Chamber
- Not have any consumer complaints within the year of receiving the award
- No more than three adjusted complaints within the past five year preceding the year of receiving the award
- Have been a member of The Chamber for ten or more consecutive years
The Excellence in Customer Service Award is made possible through the continuing support of The Bank of Commerce.

Coastal Printing has provided high quality printing services to the Sarasota market through hard work, honesty, integrity and respect of it employees and customers. As a positive contributing citizen to the Sarasota community, Coastal Printing has introduced many graphic arts firsts to Sarasota, such as the first 4-color press, the first Computer to Plate system and the first 6-color press. In-house die cutting, foil stamping and embossing are also provided.
